You probably receive booking calls after your salon closes — tonight, tomorrow evening, at the weekend. Those calls go to voicemail, or to your personal phone. The client doesn't leave a message. They book elsewhere.
I'm building a tool designed to capture these missed calls: a guided conversation that identifies the service the client wants, captures their contact details, and sends you a complete booking request before you open the next morning.
Before launching it, I need to understand whether this is a real problem for you. The questionnaire takes less than 4 minutes. I'm not selling anything. If you'd like, I'll share the anonymized results once the research is complete.
